For extra performance and reliability, extra power, memory and security can be added. The PC's selected have been trialed and are performing to standards. Clients may provide their own Server; however, this needs to be verified for capacity and does require the server to be sent for installation and configuration of the software. Clients are responsible for freight, configuration and re-installation costs.

Expansion Cards Digital

These cards support ISDN channels. You can choose either a BRI card or PRI card. BRI cards supports any configuration of 2 channels upto a maximum of 8 channels. PRI cards support ISDN 10/20/30 channel configurations.

Analogue Adapters

Analogue Adapters (ATAs) allow you to use any standard analogue telephone as an IP phone. Simply plug your analogue telephone (including cordless phones) into the RJ-11 port on the ATA, connect the ATA to the Internet b7y plugging it into a spare Ethernet socket on your router, and your old analogue telephone is transformed into an IP telephone. Once set-up, they are independent from your computer, meaning you do not have to have your computer on to make and receive calls.
