CONSULTATION

Our first contact is designed to offer an understanding of what IM I.T. can provide to improve and reduce your communications. In this meeting we provide a confidential agreement and request your approval to act on your behalf with the different carriers or communications suppliers.

We receive from you a monthly sample of your current telecommunications billing to enable the assessment process to commence; this includes any current agreements with the incumbent carrier or supplier.

ANALYSIS

IM I.T. has a bill analysis programme designed to identify potential refunds by analysis of the historical bills to ensure you are receiving your maximum discounts and provide a comparison of what is the best carrier package available.

IM I.T. prepares a report on the outcome of the implementation of the bill analysis audit with a recommendation on how to proceed. There is no commitment to proceed with our recommendations.

 

IMPLEMENTATION

IM I.T. prepares and submits management recommendations on our analysis on how to reduce costs, implement refunds and improve communications. In 95% of analysis we can organize a minimum of 15% savings.

On agreement to precede we:

  • Organize all paperwork.
  • Manage the changeover from the incumbent carrier.
  • Project manage the complete changeover.
  • Maximize eligible discounts.
  • Port any numbers that are required.
  • Work with the PBX service company to comply with any equipment modifications.
  • Ensure the removal of redundant services.
  • Identify any previous communications abuse, misuse and fraud through our bill analysis and reporting.
