IM I.T. is a division of International Marketing Pty Ltd whose management has been in the industry since 1995 managing companies that sell service and provide maintenance of PBX and telecommunication carriage for most of the PBX suppliers and carriers. IM I.T. offers a unique blend of professional business analysis experience in all aspects of information technology.

Each particular manufacturer has its particular strengths and weakness over its competitors depending on the specialised requirements of business. IM I.T. keeps up to date on all these movements and offers this experience to our clients

With the rapid changes moving through this mature market, older systems do not offer the same convergence opportunities as with the server based systems being introduced.

    For some clients we organize what we believe are the best products that suit the company requirements and organize for that company to deal directly with the client.

    In other situations we will check all your requirements and organize a single quotation with three of what we believe are the best products, plus a number of third party companies that integrate with the PBX to provide superior quality and investment.

    For many years we have recommended Telstra Network products and in June 2006 we changed to Optus. Optus have made huge investments in providing services to Australian business and are now the second largest carrier in Australia.     With the reduction in costs that we can organize through both ISDN and the VPN Internet. Video Conferencing quality has improved and costs have reduced. Working with specialist partners in this specialized industry we can ensure a quick ROI.
