Are you required to implement the IM I.T. recommendations?
IM I.T. does not require clients to implement any of our recommendations. The implementation of recommendations is subject to client approval.
How is IM I.T. compensated?

We work directly with supplier principals and receive a commission from the selected reseller that wins the installation much the same as paying their salesperson. We are on similar arrangements with all suppliers so not one supplier receives preference over the other, subject to their meeting the project management standards required by IM I.T. on behalf of the client.
