Shipping & Returns
Shipping is calculated for each item at the time of placing the order. Most shipping charges are $15 and delivered by our preferred carrier over night or Australia Post
Express post service. If you want to order multiple products we suggest you contact us on 1300 360 890 or email info@imit.com.au to obtain an accurate price or delivery. When installation is included all goods are covered in the installation price.
Refunds
Unless a special order goods can be returned for a refund within 14 days of the original shipping date. To obtain a Return Authorization, contact our office specifying that you would like to return the item. Include the specific item you would like to return, the serial number and MAC address (if available) of the item, plus the original order number and invoice. Because a return can no longer be considered a new item, all returned items are subject to a 20% reduction in the purchase price. Damaged or abused items will not be accepted. All returned items will be inspected and tested before a refund is issued. We reserve the right to refuse any return, which at our discretion, has excessive damage.
Replacement of Malfunctioning Devises
IM I.T. will repair and return items purchased from us that are malfunctioning and still under manufacturers or our maintenance warranty. If you suspect that your item is not functioning correctly, you must first contact our support with a description of the problem, the invoice number and the unit’s serial number and MAC address (if supplied). If it is determined that a problem can only be fixed by replacing or repairing a faulty unit, its return will be authorized. IM I.T. takes no responsibility for damage to equipment caused by lightning strikes or power surges and other terms and conditions as per manufacturer’s warranties. IM I.T. does not reimburse shipping charges.
Conditions of Use
As part of our service, we agree to provide you with products, information and other services that we may decide to offer, subject to the terms of this agreement. Upon notice provided through the service, we may modify this agreement at any time. You agree and continue to use our services in a manner consistent with the applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the polices and guidelines outlined below. Please note you will be referred to as customer in t he agreement.

CUSTOMER AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT THE RISK OF THE CUSTOMER. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND ,EITHER EXPRESSOR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATIONANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION SERVICES, UNINTERUPTED ACCESS OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN COINNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SOFTWARE LICENCED TO THE CUSTOMER AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE, SPECIFICALLY,WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANHTIES,INCLUDING WITHIUT LIMITATION.
1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, AND 2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURCHASE.
THIS DICCLAIMER OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION,INTERRUPTION,DELETION,DEFECT,DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS,COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO,ALTERATION OF ,OR USE OF RECORD, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLOIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION, CUSTOMER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THE SERVICE IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFLAMATORY , OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS OR THIRD PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING REST ENTIRELY WITH THE CUSTOMER.
NEITHER THE SERVICE NOR ANY OF THE AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY, CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF TRHIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.
